Nasser Koleilat

Nasser Koleilat is a highly accomplished and driven Entrepreneur/Private Banker/Commodities Trader with more than 22 years of international experience value-creating across a wide spectrum of business sectors.


Analytical by nature, strategic in his approach and a skilled negotiator, Nasser has spent the last 15 years authoring and implementing strategies for various investments and opportunities in both customer-facing and high-pressured decision-making management environment impacting the bottom-line. Adding to his professional repertoire, is his proven success coordinating the international import/export and trading of various hard and soft commodities with a diverse and demanding network of counter-parties.


Complementing his professional strengths, is Nasser’s ability to speak 5-languages (French / English / Arabic / Italian / basic Spanish), and his proven ability to work across cultures.


Rounding-out Nasser’s professional profile, is his dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit which complements his viral networking abilities and his high emotional intelligence. These attributes and synergies with Frederic Bouvier were the key drivers in the establishment of Kobolt Wealth Group.


Nasser excels in investment and commodities strategy research, development, and execution and oil market analysis.

John Glenn

John Glenn is a highly-driven and versatile Business Developer/Private Banker/Strategist/Entrepreneur with a proven track record of risk-taking and innovative thinking that has resulted in value-creation for companies operating across a wide cross-section of business sectors over the past 34 years.


Gifted with a unique ability to rapidly research, analyze and transform his exposure to business operating in a diversity of business sectors, John additionally excels in new business conceptualization and creation, multi-sector investment banking deal analysis, structuring, and promotion, and in the fine art of corporate image crafting and communications used in his role as a strategic business relationship developer.


While based in New York City, John began his career as an entrepreneur in 1988 with the co-founding of Direct Access, an information systems importer/retailer then located in Dakar, Senegal, with its buying offices in New York City. Direct Access later evolved into Access Telecom (a pioneer of the GSM telecom revolution in West Africa) and later became Teyliom Group, one of West Africa’s leading business conglomerates.

 

In 1988, concurrent with his entrepreneurial endeavors, John joined JP Morgan as a Private Banker and spent the next 16+ years value-creating for the bank, before leaving in late-2004 for a career in multi-sector Business Development with Teyliom Group based in Geneva, Switzerland in 2006.


Following 6 years of value-creation that saw John deliver the concept and branding of two (2) upmarket hotel systems (Noom and Seen Hotels) currently being developed and managed by Teyliom, John decided that the time was right for his return to the entrepreneurial stage.


From his current base in Geneva, Switzerland, John has been responsible for driving value-creation with European, Asian and US established and start-up companies active across a diverse cross-section of businesses spanning the real estate, hospitality, investment banking, retail, industrial, and pharmaceutical sectors.


John is currently developing a sector-defining real estate investment platform set to transform the commercial and residential real estate markets via a portfolio of ground-breaking investment vehicles he co-created with his wife.
